Mikaela Kreger is the daughter of Mike and Lisa Kreger, and part of the senior class at the Charles City High School. Mikaela has two younger siblings, Christian (14) and Olivia (9). She babysits and is involved in cheerleading, orchestra, and different activities at St. John Lutheran Church. She likes to spend her free time with her friends and family. Mikaela will miss hanging out with her friends most from high school. Her favorite class is microbiology with Mrs. Hervol. Mikaela’s role model is her aunt, Angela, because she works hard to be able to take care of her family, she never gives up, and she always has a smile on her face.
After graduation, Mikaela plans to attend Iowa State University to major in Dietetics. In five years, she sees herself graduated from college and starting my job as a Registered Dietician. When asked what her advice to underclassmen was, Mikaela said, “Don’t be afraid to come out of your comfort zone. High school will be a more rewarding experience if you try new things.” Her most memorable moment from high school would be prom, because she had a good time with her friends and it was a great time for everyone.
